Blanca is an experienced orthodontic dental assistant with over two decades of dedicated service, specializing in creating confident smiles.
She began her journey in Baldwin Park, California, where she graduated from Baldwin Park High School before completing the dental assistant program at the La Puente ROP Program.
In 2012, Blanca moved to the High Desert, where she has been a resident ever since. With a passion for her work, she finds immense joy in helping patients feel happy and self-assured about their smiles. Currently living in Hesperia with her parents and two children, she balances her professional life with a love for the outdoors.
In her free time, Blanca enjoys camping and cherishing moments with her kids.
Alex is Registered Dental Assistant specializing in orthodontics since 2023, He attended San Joaquin valley college where he graduated top of his class and has been a part of the Joe Orthodontics family ever since his externship days back in 2022.
Alex is currently pursuing higher education to become a Dental Hygienist. His favorite aspect of his job is collaborating with an amazing team and having the opportunity to empower patients to confidently showcase their smile.
Outside of Dentistry Alex enjoys the simple pleasures of life including a large cup of iced coffee always, a good reggaeton playlist at the gym or during long car rides, and spending quality time With his loved ones and his two adorable French bulldogs Mora and Salomon.
For 16 years, I’ve worked in orthodontics, and for the past three years I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Floor Supervisor and Orthodontic Assistant at Joe Orthodontics. I’m dedicated to creating confident, comfortable smiles and making sure every patient feels welcomed and cared for like family. Supporting a positive, smooth-running office and being part of a growing practice is something I take a lot of pride in.
Outside of the clinic, I also run a small side venture, Wally’s Tacos and More, where I love sharing great food with my community. It’s a fun creative outlet, but patient care and building meaningful connections will always be at the core of who I am.
