He had scheduled his braces appt for a week later & was relaxing in one of the massage chairs when I arrived. Dr. Joe takes the time to explain the entire process & also what caused the need for braces. He is very through & the staff shows you all the cost & explains it in detail along with your options. They do not pressure you at all & they give you all the paperwork to take home for you to make an informed decision & compare all of your options. Everyone was great & we both now have braces, they are also affordable & my co-worker is scheduling herself an appt. My youngest has had braces for 2yrs and I didn't go to his ortho because even with insurance his cost $$$ & I wasn't going to spend that on myself. Dr.Joe is amazing. He answers all questions clearly. He also treats his patients amazingly. The staff as well are so welcoming and easy to talk to. I was so happy that I finally have found the right place.Ryan AllenMarch 18, 2023The staff are extremely nice, thorough, and welcoming from the second you walk through the door. Dr. Joe and the remaining staff are very gentle with your teeth and patient when you don't know which way to move your tounge. They exhaust every avenue and make sure you go home with no questions unanswered. They will even show you 3D imaging of what it's like inside your mouth, as well as very simple to understand instructional hygiene videos to make you're taking the best possible care of your teeth. The only bad part is having to leave the beautiful office space, massage chairs, and movie showings.
